Kadara is a product operated by uChamp Technologies Limited ("we," "us," "our"), a Nigerian Limited company and the data controller for Nigerian patient data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. uChamp Technologies Limited is a subsidiary of uChamp Inc., a Delaware public benefit corporation. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which provides full details on how we handle personal data.

We are committed to transparency about the technologies we use. This policy is written to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025.
