Review a Kadara draft
A Kadara draft is a starting point, not the record. You read it, correct anything that is wrong, complete the clinical content, and only then sign.
After a visit, Kadara lays out a structured draft. Reviewing it is where your clinical judgement comes in. The draft is there to react to, so you are not writing from a blank page.
Reviewing a draft
- Read the draft against the visit. Check that what it captured matches what happened.
- Correct anything that is wrong. Edit any detail that is inaccurate or incomplete. Your edits replace what the draft suggested.
- Complete the clinical content. Add anything the draft did not capture. The clinical decisions are yours.
- Move to signing when it is right. Once the draft reflects the visit, you are ready to sign.
RememberNothing in a draft is part of the record until you sign it. A draft on its own changes nothing.
