What happens if Kadara gets something wrong
Kadara can get things wrong. A Kadara draft may contain errors or leave something out. That is exactly why a clinician reviews and edits every draft before signing.
Kadara prepares a draft from the visit. Like any assistive tool, it is not always right. The review step exists so that mistakes are caught by a clinician, not carried into the record.
How mistakes are caught
- Every draft is reviewed. Nothing reaches the record without a clinician reading it first.
- You edit before you sign. Anything inaccurate or missing is corrected during review. Your version is what gets signed.
- The draft is never the final word. Because a draft is not the record, an error in a draft is not an error in the record unless a clinician signs it as-is.
