See what is still open
When a visit leaves something to do, like a result to check or a callback to make, it stays visible on the record until it is done, so it does not live in anyone's memory.
Open work is anything a visit left unfinished. Kadara keeps each item on the record, with where it came from and whether it is done.
What you see
- The open item. What still needs doing, for example a repeat measurement or a callback.
- Where it came from. Each item traces back to what a clinician documented and signed.
- Its state. Whether it is still waiting or has been done.
An item stays open until it is completed, so nothing quietly slips between visits. When the patient returns, what stayed open is already there.
Good to knowOpen work always traces back to a signed record. Seeing an open item is not a clinical instruction; the decision about what to do stays with the clinician.
