How clinician review works
Review is the heart of how Kadara stays safe. Kadara prepares a draft, the clinician reviews and decides, and nothing enters the record until the clinician signs.
The order of things
- Kadara prepares. From the visit, Kadara lays out a structured draft.
- The clinician reviews. The clinician reads the draft, corrects anything wrong, and completes the clinical content.
- The clinician decides. The clinical judgement is the clinician's. Kadara has no say in the care.
- The clinician signs. Only a signature makes it the record. There is no auto-finalize and no background commit.
This order does not change. Every Kadara output is a draft until a clinician has reviewed and signed it.
Why it mattersBecause a clinician reviews and signs everything, an error in a draft cannot become an error in the record on its own. See Safety for how this is built into the product.
