Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kadara ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a healthcare facility or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

5. Kadara Services

5.1 Voice Scribe and SOAP Note Generation

Kadara uses artificial intelligence to transcribe consultations and generate SOAP notes. AI assists; doctors decide. All AI-generated notes require physician review and approval before becoming part of the medical record. The attending physician bears final clinical responsibility for all approved notes.

5.2 NHIS/NHIA Billing

Kadara suggests NHIS codes based on clinical documentation. The healthcare provider is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all codes before claim submission. Kadara does not guarantee claim acceptance.

6. AI and Clinical Disclaimer

Important: Kadara is an assistive tool, not a medical device. Kadara does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. All clinical decisions remain solely with the licensed healthcare provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadara Health Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any clinical decisions made by healthcare providers based on AI-generated content, nor for any patient outcomes resulting from such decisions.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Kadara is designed to align with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and the General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

9. Fees and Payment

Kadara is currently provided to pilot participants at no charge. If and when fees apply, the applicable fees, billing arrangements, and any cancellation or refund terms will be set out in a separate order or subscription agreement and provided to you in writing before any charge begins. Where fees apply, they will be stated in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified, and any change to them will be notified in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

Healthcare providers may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Patients may opt out of provider-branded communication powered by Kadara by replying "STOP" to any such message, or by contacting their provider directly.
