Who we serve / For partners

For partners

Your product on top. Kadara underneath.

Bring Kadara's governed clinical-work layer into a healthcare product you already run. Your users stay in your interface, under your brand. Kadara does the hardest part of the clinical workflow beneath it.

What you can enable

Kadara capabilities, inside your product.

Organised by the outcome for your users, not by our internal parts. These describe what the Kadara layer does. How much you can embed today is set by the integration status further down, not by this list.

Documentation

Structured clinical notes

Turn a visit into a structured draft a clinician reviews and signs, inside your consultation screen.

Continuity

Follow-up and open work

Keep results, callbacks and unresolved items attached to the encounter until they are done.

Payment-readiness

Claim readiness

Flag missing documentation before a claim is sent. A readiness check, not a promise of approval or reimbursement.

Care coordination

Work that moves between people

Open work carries a named owner and a visible state as care crosses more than one clinician.

Patient continuity

A shared summary and next step

A plain-language summary and next step a clinician can share with a patient, under the provider's name.

Workflow events

Signals your systems act on

State changes your product can respond to, for example when a record is signed or work is resolved.

How the model works

Your interface on top, a governed record underneath.

  1. Your product holds the interface, brand and customer relationship.
  2. Beneath it, Kadara runs capture, structured draft, clinician review and signature, signed-source record, and open work.
  3. Underneath everything is the governed clinical record, with provenance and audit.

Illustrative. Clinician review and signature remain a required step, whoever owns the interface.

What you keep

Your product, your customer. Our clinical spine.

What Kadara provides

The clinical work of a visit, as a capability.

Documentation intelligence
A visit becomes a structured draft, laid out for a clinician to review and correct, not a finished note.
Structured record preparation
Candidate documentation and the work it implies, organised so a clinician can act on it quickly.
Continuity and open-work logic
Follow-ups and unresolved items stay attached to the encounter, with a state, until they are done.
Governed record state
A signed-source record with provenance and audit. Nothing is authoritative until a clinician signs it.
Patient continuity surfaces
A shared summary and a next step a clinician can send, under the provider's name.

Kadara is pre-launch. These paths open in stages, and the first conversations shape which one opens first. We will be specific about what is ready for your use case, and will not imply availability we cannot stand behind.

Trust and governance

Embedding Kadara does not blur clinical authority.

Clinician sign-off

Every note, summary and record waits on clinician review and signature before it goes anywhere. Kadara prepares; the clinician decides.

Provenance and audit

Every view, edit and approval is recorded with the user and a timestamp. Signed notes are amended, not rewritten.

Consent and audio

Consent is recorded before capture. Consultation audio is used only to prepare the draft and is deleted after transcription.

Access by purpose

Role-based access is in place, and partner access is limited to the role and purpose agreed. The remaining data controls are being finalised, aligned with NDPA 2023, before live patient data flows through a partner integration.

The same guardrails apply whoever owns the interface. Kadara does not diagnose, prescribe, or make clinical decisions.

Built for

Built for products that carry clinical work.

The proposition is for teams like these. It does not mean any of them is connected today, that is what a first conversation is for.
